Terms of Service

By purchasing or using HAVOK ("the software", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. License

HAVOK grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for the duration of the plan you purchased. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or your key.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for keeping your license key private. Keys are bound to the hardware they are activated on. Sharing a key may result in suspension without refund.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HAVOK to break any law, to attack other users, or to interfere with services you do not own. You are solely responsible for how you use the software.

4. No affiliation

HAVOK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft, Rainbow Six Siege, or any of their partners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Assumption of risk

Using third-party software with an online game may violate that game's terms and can result in account restrictions. You accept that risk. HAVOK does not guarantee that your game account will not be actioned.

6. Updates and availability

We aim to keep the software working and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed as the game changes.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Digital keys are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where the software is non-functional and support cannot resolve it.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAVOK is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
