Refund Policy

HAVOK sells digital license keys that are delivered instantly. Because the key is usable the moment it is delivered, all sales are generally final.

When we may refund

The key was never delivered and support cannot recover it.
The software does not work for you and our team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
A duplicate charge was made for the same order.
The law in your country gives you a right we must honor.

When we do not refund

The key was delivered and activated, and the software works.
You changed your mind after delivery.
Your game account was actioned by the game's anti-cheat.
The key was shared, resold, or used on more hardware than allowed.

How to request one

Open a ticket in the support Discord or email support@havok.wtf with your order ID and a short description. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute. A chargeback without contacting support may result in the license being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
