This page explains what HAVOK collects and why. We keep it to what is needed to sell and support a license.
What we collect
- Order details — email, product, amount and order ID, provided by our checkout provider (SellAuth).
- License data — key, plan, expiry, activation status and a hashed hardware identifier used to bind the key.
- Support messages — anything you send us on Discord or by email.
- Basic site data — standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your game password or your payment card details. Payments are handled by the checkout provider.
How we use it
- Deliver and validate your license.
- Provide support and handle refunds or disputes.
- Prevent key sharing and abuse.
- Improve the service.
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the store: the checkout/payment processor, hosting and the license backend. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order and license records are kept while the license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute handling.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data where the law allows. Contact support@havok.wtf.
Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to function. Any analytics we add will be minimal and disclosed here.
